Richard Gould - President Richard Gould, president of Gould’s Lawn and Landscape Inc. oversees all operations of his full service Landscape and Maintenance Company which has been serving the Warren, Washington, Essex and Saratoga Counties since his graduation from Paul Smiths College in 1995. Richard has built the company on and is dedicated to honesty, teamwork, experience, and the determination to provide customers with the highest quality product and service. |

Rob Kingsley - Irrigation, Landscape Operations Manager Rob Kingsley comes from a prior management position and also has a degree from Paul Smiths College. His experience and education is well suited for his current role within the company as Irrigation and Landscape Operations Manager; he is also responsible for our firewood service. |

Sharon Kingsley - Office Manager Sharon Kingsley joined Gould’s Lawn & Landscape in May of 2007, bringing a strong background in construction accounting. She is a past president of the Associated General Contractors of Vermont and served on the Board of Directors for the Vermont State Chamber of Commerce. Sharon has always enjoyed gardening, so being able to combine her accounting skills with her gardening/landscaping interests makes for a rewarding fit. |

Scott Smith -
Construction Supervisor Many years as a Crew Foreman with Gould’s and a reputation for meticulous effort and quality, Scott is our current Construction Supervisor. Scott ensures accurate installation of design plans, and on site management. As our Construction Supervisor, Scott also is involved with construction sales. |

Charlie Spinella -
Landscape Designer Charlie has a degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Landscape Architecture degrees from the SUNY College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry. Charlie produces our landscape designs and planting plans as well as construction observation for our landscape projects. |

Grant Burns -
Maintenance, Landscape Operations Manager Grant worked with the company on summer breaks while attending SUNY Plattsburgh. After graduating and earning his degree Grant joined the team full time and is currently the Maintenance and Landscape Operations Manager. |

Michael Disorda - Tree Service Operations Manager, Arborist Mike Disorda is Gould’s Tree Service Operation Manager and full time arborist. Mike originally met Richard Gould while studying Arboriculture at Paul Smiths College at the same time Richard was attending. |
